How do I confirm a booking?
Send a booking request through the site. We call you back within 30 minutes (between 7am and 9pm Nepal time) to confirm the vehicle, price and pickup details.
How do I pay?
Cash on arrival in NPR is easiest. Card and mobile-wallet payment on delivery is available on request. We do not take online payments through this site.
What documents do I need to rent a bike?
A valid driving licence for a two-wheeler in your home country, plus your passport for identification. An International Driving Permit is not required but is welcome. TODO: replace with the owner’s exact policy.
Is there a deposit on bikes?
A small refundable deposit is held at handover and returned when the bike is returned in the same condition. TODO: replace with the exact amount and any card / passport requirements.
What about fuel?
Bikes go out with a full tank and come back with a full tank. Cars with a driver include fuel inside the valley; on outside-valley trips fuel is charged at cost or agreed in advance. TODO: replace with the owner’s exact policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup. Later cancellations may be charged a fee. TODO: replace with the exact cancellation terms.
Can the driver take me on a multi-day trip?
Yes. Multi-day trips include the driver’s food and lodging. Standard trips are 8-10 hours a day; longer days can be arranged on request.
Do you serve destinations outside the Pokhara valley?
Yes — Kathmandu, Chitwan, Lumbini, Mustang and most of the country. Round-trip or one-way, both are fine.
